From Paris to the Heart of Delray
They say food is the language of love, and for us, that couldn’t be more true.
Our journey began in the halls of the iconic Ladurée Paris. Maxime was a Pastry Chef , mastering the delicate precision of luxury French pastry, while Andrea was managing the front of house. It’s where we met, fell in love, and first shared a dream of creating a place of our own.
After running our own traditional bakery in the south of Paris for eight years, we felt a pull toward a new horizon. In 2024, we decided to take a leap of faith. We sold our home, our business, and said the hardest goodbyes to our friends and family to chase a new dream in Florida.
The Art of the Brioche
When we arrived in Delray Beach on November 1st, 2025, we didn’t just bring our suitcases—we brought a vision. We decided to move away from the traditional and focus everything on one thing we love: The Brioche.
At Brioche Bakery and Café, we’ve reimagined this French classic. Whether it’s golden and sweet, savory and buttery, or the perfect foundation for a gourmet sandwich, every brioche we bake is a tribute to our heritage and our new beginning.
A New Chapter
We officially opened our doors on February 14th—a date that symbolizes the heart we’ve poured into every tray that leaves our oven.
